Co-Engineering Ltd, which offers services especially for the needs of green energy and industry, has acquired all shares in the engineering firm Anteplan Ltd. The deal strengthens the service offering of both companies in the fields of mechanics, electricity, and automation. The companies will continue to operate in their own special areas and under the leadership of their managing directors.
Co-Engineering Ltd, majority-owned by Sami Kivioja’s family, has acquired all shares in Anteplan Ltd on 14 October 2022. The companies will continue to operate as their own companies and under their own names – Co-Engineering Ltd under Sami Kivioja’s management and Anteplan Ltd under the management of Heikki Siukkola. The companies’ services are excellently complementary in terms of geography, customer base and expertise, and there are no overlapping tasks.
“ We believe that this merger will serve all parties. In connection with the discussions, it became clear that we share common values: our most important asset is our motivated and highly valued personnel,” Kivioja and Siukkola state.
The arrangement is part of Co-Engineering’s strategic growth:

“The arrangement will increase our strength to almost 150 people. Our aim is to grow to around 250 people by the end of 2025.”
