Johan Aalto elected as a member of the Board of Juuri Partners

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Juuri Partners Oy, the management company for Juuri Fund I and Juuri Fund II, has elected Johan Aalto as a member of the Board of Directors.

Johan Aalto works as a partner in Hannes Snellman Attorneys Ltd and is one of the most respected lawyers in Finland. He has been elected to several positions of trust, e.g. Svenska litteratursällskapet i Finland rf as the chairman of the board (“Skattmästare”). In 2016, the President of the Republic awarded him the title of Lagman.

Johan has unique experience in planning, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions, as well as acting as an advisor to the boards of Finnish companies. Additionally, he has a vast network of contacts in the Finnish and Swedish business world. During his time at Hannes Snellman, Johan has held several management positions and played a central role in the internationalization of the law firm.

At the same time, the long-time chairman of the board of Juuri Partners, Jukka Hienonen, will step down from the board of Juuri Partners.
