The investor base for Juuri Rahasto I Ky fund has grown, since having the new investors join the total investments in the funds have reached a total of 81,5 million euros. Juuri Fund’s LPs are large Finnish institutional investors, as well as key partners of Juuri Partners the advisors to the fund. The fund is no longer seeking new investors as it has reached the target size.
Reaching the target size enables Juuri Fund to fully implement its strategy and ensure sufficient resources for developing and funding the target companies.
“The fund was launched in March 2015, and during the first six months there has been significant interest in the fund, creating a great base for implementing the strategy we have chosen for the fund. The strong interest has also shown us that there is definitely a need in the SME market for this kind of fund”, says CEO Samuli Sipilä from Juuri Partners, the management company of the Juuri Rahasto I Ky fund.
The fund is seeking established, growth oriented, Finnish companies as investment targets. The target companies should make approximately 5-50 million in yearly revenue. In addition to funding and capital, the fund offers target companies help with clarifying business strategies, enhancing financing capabilities and helps to develop management and transparency.
