The extraordinary general meeting of Juuri Partners Oy has elected Reetta Rajala as a member of the board of Juuri Partners Oy. Juuri Partners Oy is the management company of Juuri Fund I Ky and Juuri Fund II Ky.
Reetta is a professional in people and organizational change management and has strong experience in the transformation of over a hundred Finnish top 50 companies. Reetta founded CCEA in 2007, and over the course of 14 years she has successfully built CCEA into a leading Nordic change management consulting house of more than fifty people. In addition to her work as CEO, Reetta was always involved in customer projects and at the same time focused on the development of the company’s sales and services, such as change measurement services.
Reetta made a successful exit from CCEA in 2021. She has since worked as a board professional and advisor. As a board professional, Reetta’s strengths are change management, growth entrepreneurship and sales.

Managing human change, communication, interaction and measuring change are key to the success of target companies’ growth.
